Apple Crisp Recipe with Truvia Original Sweetener

  • 4 cups apples, sliced

  • 12 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp + 2 14 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Original Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 112 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 12 tsp nutmeg

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp + 214 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Original Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 14 cup all-purpose flour

  • 112 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 14 cup butter, melted

  • 112 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 18 tsp salt


  1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 190° C.

  2. For filling, place apples in a large bowl; sprinkle with water, Truvia Original Sweetener, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.

  3. Spray 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray; place apple mixture in dish.

  4. For crisp, in a separate small bowl, combine oats, Truvia Original Sweetener, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and salt; stir to form crumbly mixture.

  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.

  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until apples are tender.

  2. If desired, peel and mash apples. Will reduce fiber content.
