Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) light mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvia® Natural Sweetener Spoonable**

  • 14 cup (50 mL) skim milk

  • 14 cup (50 mL) vinegar

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) salt

  • 14 tsp (1.25 mL) black pepper

  • 14 oz. (450 g) classic coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

** or 14 sachets of Truvia® Natural Sweetener

Directions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, Truvia® Natural Sweetener, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Place coleslaw mix in large bowl. Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill and blend flavors. Toss before serving.
